How to Enter

To enter the Challenge, teams can either apply through a regional Intel Challenge or partner competitions, or by nomination and sponsorship from one of our partner institutions.

APEC Startup Accelerator Leadership Summit
APEC Start-Up Accelerator Leadership Summit is an exclusive, invitation-only platform for startups throughout the Asia-Pacific region to form business relationships with global key players in Silicon Valley and throughout the world.

BIT brings together students and researchers from leading Russian technical universities, scientific-research institutes, and business schools to combine their efforts in turning innovation technologies into successful businesses. The goal of BIT is to help create new ventures and foster entrepreneurial culture in the Russian high-tech sector.

Desafío Intel (Intel Challenge Latin America) is a competition of technological entrepreneurship projects focused on the university sector. The call was made in collaboration with prestigious institutions in the education sector and organziations associated with entrepreneurship, as Emprear of Argentina, the Technical Unviersity Federico Santa Maria, Chile, the Instituto Tecnologico de Coasta Rica, Colombia EAFIT University and Tecnologico de Meonterrey, Mexico.

The Intel® Business Challenge Europe is a regional business plan for university students in collaboration with prestigious education institutions and entrepreneurship organizations across Europe. The goal of Intel® Business Challenge Europe is to contribute to the entrepreneurial movement by helping to generate interest and development of technological projects with the great business potential. By advancing technology entrepreneurship, Intel® Business Challenge Europe can support projects that create value-added production chains and employment.

Intel Challenge MENA

“Intel Cup” China College Student Technology Entrepreneurship Business Plan Competition is a national business plan competition in China. It’s organized by Intel China in a partnership with China Youth League, Chinese Ministry of Education, and Tsinghua University. The enrollment of the completion is based on invitation. The invitation only goes to leading universities. The teams recommended by each university should have good performance in the " Challenge Cup" China University Business Plan Competition (CCCUBP). CCCUBP is one of the most influential competitions in China colleges involving thousands of college students from more than 200 China universities. Experts from investors (including Intel Capital), corporate management executives and B-School professors formed the judge panel.

Next Big Idea India encourages innovation and creates structure and process for for business plan competitions for leading academic institutions across India so that innovative ideas are taken forward to become real businesses. Next Big Idea also creates a platform where any individual or team can post their innovative idea and seek mentoring, access to incubation and angel funds.

New Ideas New Businesses - METU, Turkey - The competition promotes and supports entrepreneurship based on innovation and technology for university students, particularly METU students.

Start-Up@Singapore is a national business plan competition and enterprise launcher jointly organized by the National University of Singapore (NUS) Entrepreneurship Centre (NEC), NUS Business School Alumni Association (NUSBSA) and NUS Entrepreneurship Society (NES). The goal of the competition is to encourage participating teams to implement their business plans and make the leap to form start-up companies.

The UC Berkeley Startup Competition gives students, alumni and local entrepreneurs the opportunity to collaborate and turn innovative ideas into real businesses. The event brings together the finest research and technology ideas from both UC Berkeley and UC San Francisco.
